Deaf and Disabled Londoners - our priorities for the next parliament

At the Inclusion London election event on 20th April 2010, we heard from politicians from four of the main parties – Labour, Conservative, Liberal Democrats and the Greens.

This half day event was supported by RADAR. The event provided an opportunity for a significant number of Deaf and disabled people to hear from and question the political parties. It also provided an opportunity for the political parties to hear what the key issues were for Deaf and disabled people.

Inclusion London was delighted at the enthusiasm for the event and believes it contributed to a stronger conversation about what disabled people want and need from national and local government.
