Access to Work recipients fall
New figures published this week show the number of disabled people receiving Access to Work (AtW) support fell from 37,270 in 2009-10 to 35,830 in 2010-11.

Access to Work is a big success story in supporting disabled people, and a net income generator for the state.
However, the number of successful new AtW claimants fell from 16,520 in 2009-10 to just 13,240 in 2010-11.
