Inclusion London and RADAR are calling on the government to change its proposals for the specific equality duties.

The organisations have issued a joint information paper explaining why the new proposals would be a major setback for disabled people.

The government published its proposed new regulations to accompany the public sector duty in the Equality Act 2010 on 19 August. The consultation on them runs until 10 November.
