The plan will cover EHRC’s goals and priorities and is due to be laid before Parliament in April 2012. The consultation gives the opportunity to comment on the proposed mission and roles, and the key equality and human rights issues going forward.

With a decrease in EHRC’s budget the importance of prioritising what they do, using resources effectively and demonstrating real value for money has increased.
