Mayor urges Londoners to get help to heat their homes this winter
Thousands of vulnerable Londoners could be missing out on free insulation or help with heating their homes, which will cut fuel bills and save energy. The Mayor Boris Johnson is urging Londoners to find out what help is available as part of this year's 'Know Your Rights' campaign.

The Mayor's ' Know your rights' campaign aims to encourage Londoners struggling with paying their bills and keeping their homes warm this winter to seek help by calling the free Home Heat Helpline, or contacting their local advice centre to find out whether they are entitled to any additional help.
