The independent review will effectively shadow the review being conducted by government, following protests at plans to remove the mobility component of DLA for people living in state-funded care homes. The Low review aims to develop a report to government by October on how the personal mobility needs of people living in care homes should be met. The Low Review is now open for evidence.
