Work Capability Assessment – call for evidence
Views and evidence about the Work Capability Assessment is invited as part of the second independent review by Professor Malcolm Harrington.

The review is seeking views and evidence about the following two areas in particular.
- the implementation of his Year 1 recommendations and what the impact they are having;
- what, if any, further work is required in future reviews, and about the face-to-face assessments (carried out by Atos Healthcare).
The deadline for responses is 16 September.
